JJMTD-62-65-2 automatic cotton-added toilet seat pad machine is a complete production line that converts cast film, tissue, wood pulp, laminated paper and laminated nonwoven fabric into finished, small-packed toilet seat pads. Forming, embossing, composite forming, adhesive positioning, folding, cutting and packaging all run in one continuous pass at 80-100 pcs/min, with a qualified rate of 99% or higher.
The line handles pad expansion sizes from 40-62 cm (W) × 40-65 cm (L), delivering clean-edge cutting, stable folding and auto-counting output — a one-operator solution from roll stock to packaged product.
Servo-controlled unwinding with manual edge guide keeps tension stable across cast film, tissue, wood pulp and laminated materials — no sagging, no waste from over-tension.
Servo-driven conveyor with high-precision synchronous wheel transmission keeps every station in sync for consistent, repeatable output.
Blade and bottom roller are machined from high-quality mold steel for clean, burr-free edges — no extra trimming before packing.
Wave-type longitudinal folding holds folding accuracy within 3 mm, so pads stack evenly and pack cleanly.
Continuous transverse folding with servo phase adjustment keeps folding error within 5 mm even at full speed.
The output platform auto-stacks finished sheets and counts them, so one operator can manage the whole line.
